Self-service solution concept for PIKITO e-shop delivery points

We prepared the concept of a self-service solution for the PIKITO dispensary network, which offers e-shops an offline store for a low monthly fee. We are preparing together for the opening of stores in Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Warsaw.

The solution includes self-service cashless payment machines, SMS gateways, advertising and recall screens and delivery software that will allow customers to easily pick up their parcels using a unique code. I send them via SMS. After entering the correct code, the customer receives a recall number, which is displayed on the recall screen, and after the shipment is ready for pickup, the customer is called to pick up the shipment.

The delivery includes the MediaView advertising system , which enables administrators to manage the content of the dispensary screens.
