Self-service solution concept for PIKITO e-shop delivery points

We have prepared the concept of a self-service solution for Pikito e-shop delivery points, which offers e-shops an offline store for a low monthly fee. We are preparing together to open delivery points in Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Warsaw.

The solution includes self-service cashless payment machines, SMS gateways, advertising and recall screens and application software that will allow customers to easily pick up their shipments using a unique code.

The customer receives the code for the shipment automatically via SMS. The customer will receive a recall number after entering the correct code and optionally pays for the shipment in the Pikito payment machine. The customer collects the shipment at one of the Pikito checkouts.

The delivery includes the MediaView advertising system, which enables administrators to manage the content of the dispensary screens.
