Hospital solutions
We offer a comprehensive solution for hospitals that automates key processes, including fee payments, patient registration and hospital site navigation. The system includes self-service payment machines for cash and non-cash payments for various operations, such as the e-shop, pharmacies and other fees. It also offers an optional donation system to support individual hospital departments, patient registration with the possibility of identification using an ID document, and a call-up system with notifications. There is also an optional registration of visits, including the printing of a visitor’s business card. The solution can be extended with a system for communicating information and an advertising system.
Payment solution, self-service payment machine
The payment machine allows patients to pay for treatment and various services or products of the hospital both in cash and non-cash. After making the payment, the machine prints a receipt for the customer. Optionally, the option of donating funds to individual departments of the hospital can also be integrated into the system.
Registration of patients and visits, calling system
The practice orders the patient and sends an invitation with information about the location, time of the visit and a unique QR code for quick check-in. The patient arrives at the hospital, checks in at the self-service kiosk and waits to be recalled. The call-up screen displays serial numbers anonymously, with the patient having the option to print a serial ticket. The check-in may include questions about the patient’s health and reminders of what to bring, including information about next steps, such as the blood draw procedure. The doctor’s office is informed about the patient’s presence, sees the waiting list and can summon the patient.
The solution can be expanded to include an automated reception for visitors, medics or doctors, which provides virtual reception services with the possibility of identification and printing of a visitor’s business card. The system also includes building and space management, including access control. The solution can be used as a navigation system in large areas or buildings, or to control access to special areas or zones.
