Outdoor self-service reception for the Empirent Old Royal Post. The Nanuk Hotel Outdoor self-service vending machine provides express check-in and check-out, hotel card issuance, covid pass control and other with hotel services of the hotel reception functions.

The hotel application will allow guests to self-service their reservation, to scan and fill the required data, to make electronic signature and to agree with the hotel’s conditions. Upon successful check-in, guests will receive cards to the hotel rooms.

The machine also provides verification of the covid certificate to enter the object (hotel, restaurant, ..). Solution communicates with the client’s PMS, lock system, payment interface and monitoring system. It works outdoors 24/7.
