Zeitraum Student Housing – self-service reception for hotels
The subject of the contract was the development of hardware and software that will serve as self-service reception for Zeitraum Student Housing. The solution allows guests an automated check-in and check-out with other features like an assistance when losing the hotel card key to the room. It will relieve the staff of the current “live” reception, which can be dissolved if necessary while maintaining the hotel’s 24-hour service. The delivery included payment machine model MiniCash
- with touch screen for smooth operation,
- stylus for guests’ signatures,
- bank terminal and a thermal printer for making a payment and printing a hotel card with a receipt including ERS,
- an RFID card programmer with a large container and a link to the lock manufacturer ONLY,
- remote monitoring with watchdog for peripheral management.
Our payment application is certified. The unified visual style, graphics and GUI applications have been developed in many languages in collaboration with the digital agency CZECH MULTIMEDIA INTERACTIVE, which deals with the production of interactive solutions.
