CPI Clarion Congress Hotel Prague e-reception
We delivered our e-reception solution to the Clarion Hotel from the CPI Hotels group. Two payment machines in the commodes provide self-service reception services and thus supplement the standard hotel reception. Guests can complete the entire check-in, check-out and lost key process at the e-reception.
The self-service machines are equipped with hotel peripherals for scanning a QR code with a reservation number, an ID scanner for verifying information from guests’ identity documents, a thermal receipt printer and a payment terminal. There is an electronic signature, agreement with the hotel’s terms and conditions and the provision of guests’ personal data. All information is stored in the PMS. The reception is informed by e-mail. The self-service reception provides services 24/7.
