Gastro solutions
The comprehensive system of a self-service restaurant or bistro allows customers to order food without assistance and simply. The machine displays items from the reservation system. During the order, related items or menus are offered. After paying for the order, the system sends it to the kitchen and writes it on the call system. The order status can be easily changed by the operator. The system provides an overview of payments and sales. The system informs customers about the order status. The meals are then dispensed by the catering staff at the counters. Optionally, food can be stored in take-out boxes with the option of cooling or heating, ensuring that food remains at the correct temperature until collected by the customer.
The course of the food release process
- The operator manages the offered dishes in the gastro system for content management.
- On the home screen of the self-service machine, the customer selects whether he wants the dish HERE/TO GO.
- Subsequently, he chooses a category, optionally a sub-category.
- Related items (e.g. side dishes) are displayed for selecting dishes.
- Optionally, dishes can be grouped into menus.
- Payment is made without cash at the integrated payment terminal.
- After payment, a receipt with a reference number is optionally printed.
