Concept of contactless reception Pytloun hotels

We designed and delivered our contactless reception concept for the Pytloun hotel group. For partial and fully automated operation, a built-in reception, and payment machines in model of chest of drawers and MiniCash were prepared. In the custom design, a hotel application was developed for an easy check-in, check-out and lost key process. The hotel machines were equipped with a camera and audio set for communication with the call center. Guests can easily go through the entire check-in and check-out process thanks to the QR code scanning peripherals and the guest ID scanner. The reception allows electronic signature, agreement with the hotel’s conditions and the provision of personal data of guests, payment, receipt, issuance of hotel cards. The reception at check-out allows payment for consumption. The self-service reception was ready for operation 24/7.
