Hotel check-in machine of Falconi pension
The subject of the contract was the hotel check-in machine for the Falconi pension. The payment machine provides a self-service reception service, check-in and check-out processes, solving card loss and creating a new reservation. As part of the check-in process, an ID document is scanned. The guest can fill in the data, make a secure payment made, have a bill printed, and an ONITY hotel card issued.
The self-service reception provides a check-out process during which the guest can pay for a mini-bar and for lost hotel cards. The condition of the room is sent into CZMI PMS, which communicates with the hotel reservation system PREVIO.
Certified payment application was delivered in a single visual style in 5 languages in cooperation with the CZECH MULTIMEDIA INTERACTIVE digital agency, which developed the PMS interface for communicating with PREVIO.
