Self-service Reception Desk – CPI Hotels – Comfort Hotel Prague

We delivered our concept of a self-service hotel reception for partial or fully automated operation to the CPI Hotels group. Three built-in payment machines provide hotel customers with reception services in connection with PMS Protel, payment terminals, the Assa Abloy lock system, industrial hardware and a cloud monitoring system.

The smooth process of check-in, check-out and lost key is supported by the hotel’s peripherals for scanning the QR code with the reservation number and the ID scanner to verify the information from the guest IDs. There is an electronic signature, agreement with the conditions of the hotel and the provision of personal data of guests. All information is stored asynchronously in the PMS.
