Garden Suites self-service reception

Implementation of a self-service vending machine model MiniCash with hotel reception functions for the Garden Suites hotel of the EMPIRENT group. Our contactless solution provides express check-in and check-out, remote issuance of hotel keys by reception staff and other services.

The hotel application will allow guests to check-in, fill in the required information, sign electronically and agree to the hotel’s conditions. Guests can pay for the accommodation, get a receipt and after a successful check-in process they receive a card for the room. When checking-out, cards are returned and the consumption is paid for. Entry for non-accommodated guests is allowed after entering the pin on the keyboard of the entry system.

The MiniCash vending machine provides reception services to guests through communication with the PMS MEWS, the bank, the Onity lock system, industrial hardware and a cloud monitoring system. The hotel’s MiniCash provides services 24/7.
