Self-service reception Yard Resort for hotel & golf

Self-service hotel & golf reception for Yard Resort (Přeboj) provides express check-in and check-out for hotel guests in combination with check-in, ordering services and payment of green fees for the golf resort. The MiniCashSlim machine communicates with PMS HotelTime and TeeTime, a bank, the Assa Abloy lock system, industrial hardware and a cloud monitoring system. MiniCashSlim provides services 24/7.

Hotel guests log in to their reservation (by QR code or reservation number), fill in the required data, sign on the screen and agree to the hotel conditions. They optionally pay the payment and receive a receipt. Upon successful completion of the check-in process, they will receive cards from the room. During the check-out process, they will return the cards from the room and, if necessary, pay for their consumption. Golfers can register using the card of the Czech Golf Federation or their access data. Easily pay for their reservation or order the required services. The machine will allow payment at the payment terminal and print a receipt.
